Overview: 145 keys – Renovation and design of a 19th century Berlin architectural masterpiece with sleek new building addition
It is not often that an enormous and legendary residence (fitting 140 guestrooms) comes our way to design. In fabulous Berlin on one of the world’s grandest boulevards, Kurfurstendamm. We think about the family who lived here, the aristocrats and celebrities who visited—what they wore to the film festivals and cultural events of the 20’s. The design is inspired by our fictional tale of the current generation of globe trotting Berliners—living their bold bohemian spirit mixed within the polish of a stately family townhouse. The playful estate proportions exude an old-world family’s natural ease for grand luxury with a love of theater and sumptuous material. Our imagination and work at play, born of screenplays we love with a the narrative that runs deep.
